1. Operator and contact

The operator has not independently verified delivery to this address. This limited test does not make a separate representation about a legal entity, registered address or governing jurisdiction.
2. Service scope
The service prepares quotes, creates translation orders and produces text deliverables through configured AI or human routes. Current supported input formats are UTF-8 TXT, DOCX, text-based PDF, JPEG, PNG, WebP and short browser recordings, subject to server validation. Image OCR and real speech recognition remain simulation/manual until separately enabled.
Thai is not currently offered. Original-format restoration, certified translation, real-time interpreting and legal certification are not available unless explicitly confirmed in a separate order.
3. Quotes and order acceptance
A quote records the price configuration, currency, service route and measurement at the time it is generated. Prices and service promises that are shown as unconfigured are not offers. The operator may reject an order involving unsupported content, unavailable capacity, legal risk, security concerns or a pricing error. Material changes require customer confirmation.
4. Customer content and permission
The customer confirms that it has the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that processing it will not violate confidentiality, intellectual-property, data-protection or other rights. The customer must not submit identity documents, payment credentials, malware, unlawful content or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
5. AI processing and quality
Text translation may use DeepSeek AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. Automated quality checks do not replace human, legal or professional review. Certified or notarized use is not promised.
The operator may retry a failed AI job, switch an allowed model route, pause an order when a budget or safety limit is reached, or request human intervention.
6. Payment status
The current H5 environment uses simulated payment records unless a separate real payment process is approved. A screenshot or AI interpretation does not prove that money arrived. Formal receipts are not issued for simulated payments. Because no real payment is accepted in this test, simulated amounts have no monetary effect and no refund, chargeback or real-payment cancellation process applies. Formal payment terms are required before any commercial launch.
7. Delivery and revisions
The deliverable format currently available is plain text. This test makes no delivery-time, revision-count or quality SLA. The order page lists the actual status and any recorded limitation. Users should not rely on test output for legal, official, safety-critical or time-sensitive use.
8. Privacy and retention
Processing is described in the Privacy Policy draft. Unbound uploads and managed orphan files are eligible for cleanup after 3 days when the approved cleanup process is enabled. Completed-order files and payment proofs are retained until a formal retention policy is approved.
9. Access and security
Customers must protect private order tokens and links. The operator may revoke or rotate access tokens, suspend abusive usage, or reject attempts to access another customer's order. Security controls do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Intellectual property
The customer confirms it has the right to submit its input and grants the operator a limited permission to process that input for this test. Rights in AI-generated output may depend on applicable law and the external provider's terms; no commercial ownership or certification claim is made by this test.
11. Cancellation, refunds and liability
No real payment, cancellation fee, refund, service credit or monetary remedy applies in this limited test. The service is provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis, subject to mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded. Formal liability and remedy terms are required before commercial use.
12. Governing law and disputes
This limited test notice does not select a governing law or jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Formal governing-law, dispute and entity terms are required before commercial use.
13. Changes and contact
Material changes require a new notice version and renewed acceptance. Customer questions can use the H5 support message function or ai@spudv.com. Email delivery is not independently verified during this test.
